If it requires a license, a permit, or a full crew of specialists, it’s usually not a “Small Job.”

We’re not licensed electricians — please contact a qualified electrician for rewiring, new circuits, panel work, or outlet relocation.
✅ We can install light fixtures, ceiling fans, and thermostats that use existing wiring.
🚰 Plumbing That Requires a License or Permit
We’re not plumbers, and we don’t handle work involving new lines, garbage disposals, or major pipe repairs.
✅ We can replace showerheads, faucets, and change fixtures that connect to existing plumbing.
🏗️ Structural or Major Construction Work
We don’t handle any work that affects a home’s framing, load-bearing walls, or foundation.
✅ We can assist with small drywall patching, shelving, and cosmetic repairs.
🧱 Tile, Flooring, and Carpet Installation
We don’t install tile flooring or carpet.
✅ We can install laminate tongue-and-groove flooring or help with trim and transition strips.
🏠 Roofs, Gutters, or High-Reach Jobs
Anything above 15 feet is outside our safety zone.
We don’t do roof work, gutter cleaning, or exterior painting at height.
✅ We can handle lower-level painting and trim within safe reach.
🌳 Routine Landscaping or Lawn Mowing
We’re not landscapers and don’t take on ongoing yard maintenance or mowing.
✅ We can step in for short-term needs — like while you’re on vacation or between service providers.
🧽 Power Washing or Driveway Sealing
Not yet! We’re planning to offer this service in the future — stay tuned.
🪚 Major Carpentry or Deck Building
We don’t build new decks or handle large framing projects.
✅ We can help with minor deck repairs, loose boards, or hardware replacement.
🚗 Automotive Repairs
We’re not mechanics and don’t perform any car or engine work.

We don’t repair or install air conditioning or heating systems.

If you have a big list, please book multiple smaller visits so we can plan efficiently.

Anything requiring a building permit (electrical, plumbing, or structural) is out of scope.

💡 TV Outlet Relocation
We don’t move or add outlets behind your TV.
