At Small Jobs Squad, we keep things simple, clear, and fair for everyone. Here’s everything you need to know about scheduling, payments, what to expect, and how we handle special situations.

📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! Bookings can be made online up to 24 hours in advance.

✅ Reschedules or cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment are free of charge.
⚠️ Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a $25 short-notice fee.
🚫 No-shows may be charged the minimum service fee.

Please allow a 30-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled start time.

💳 Payment Policy

To reserve your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
This ensures your spot is secured on our schedule and allows us to prepare for your project efficiently.

  • Payments are accepted online using credit or debit cards. Some payment options such as Klarna do allow for a payment plan.

  • If special arrangements are needed, please contact us before booking.

  • Material or hardware costs purchased by Small Jobs Squad for your project will be added to your total invoice.

  • Returned checks or failed payments are subject to a $25 fee.

By booking, you agree to these payment terms along with our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

🔒 Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us.
We collect only the information needed to schedule, confirm, and complete your service.

  • We never sell or share your information.

  • Online payments are processed securely using encrypted, industry-standard platforms.

  • You may request to have your personal data removed at any time by emailing steve@smalljobssquad.com.

🧰 Service Policy

Small Jobs Squad provides labor-only handyman and home-assistance services.
We do not perform licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work.

Clients provide necessary materials unless otherwise agreed.
We stand by our work — if something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.

🏠 Property Access & Safety Policy

To keep everyone safe and on schedule:

  • Someone 18 or older must be present during the appointment.

  • Pets should be safely secured.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property, a $25 trip fee may apply.

  • We reserve the right to decline work that is unsafe or outside our agreed scope.

💬 Communication & Customer Satisfaction Policy

Clear communication is key!
We confirm appointment details beforehand and review the work with you afterward to ensure satisfaction.

We always welcome feedback — it helps us improve with every visit.

📸 Photo & Marketing Policy

We occasionally take before-and-after photos to showcase our work.
We never include identifying details such as addresses or client names.

If you’d prefer that we don’t photograph your project, just let us know — no problem at all.

🎁 Gift Card & Promotion Policy

Gift cards and promotions are:

  • Valid toward labor costs unless otherwise stated.

  • Non-refundable but never expire.

  • Not combinable with other discounts or offers.

Small Jobs Squad operates as a handyman and home-assistance service, not a licensed contractor.
We are fully insured and committed to professionalism, honesty, and care in every home we visit.

Policies may be updated as needed to reflect best practices and Florida regulations.
