Basic Room Painting Need a fresh coat of paint for your master bedroom, large office, great room, living room or bonus room? Our Basic Room Painting service provides a clean, high-quality refresh focused on the main walls, helping you enjoy a brighter, updated space without the hassle. ✅ What’s Included One (1) coat of paint applied evenly to all walls Minor wall prep, including patching small nail holes and light surface cleaning Use of professional-quality tools: Wooster ½" nap roller and precision brush 🚫 What’s Not Included Ceilings, trim, baseboards, doors, or accent walls (Add these with our “Detail Add-On Options” for a complete finish!) Primer application (only required if changing from dark to light colors or if walls stained) Paint (you’ll purchase it separately using our recommendation below) ℹ️ Details to Know Room Size: Under 250 sq. ft., up to 12 ft. tall walls Wall Condition: Must be free of decorative textures, decals, or major damage (including nicotine, smoke or water damage) Estimated Paint Needed: 1 gallon depending on color coverage Recommended Paint: Behr Ultra Scuff Defense Satin Finish (available at Home Depot) — offers great durability, washability, and coverage for most residential interiors. This is potentially a multi day job depending on add-ons and wall prep.
